About AN8
Experience grounded in delivery.
Nate Holland-Kearins is a civil engineer and project leader with more than 15 years’ experience across infrastructure, waste and resource recovery, water, roading, structures and operational management.
Nate holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury. His career includes contractor and client-side project delivery in New Zealand and overseas, followed by six years leading the Northland Regional Landfill at Puwera.
Through AN8 Ventures, Nate helps owners, operators and project teams navigate technically complex work, strengthen commercial decisions and turn strategy into practical delivery. His approach combines engineering judgement with a clear understanding of operations, contracts, governance and the realities of implementation.
